On average it turns out about 2 minutes per block to be more precise this is at the moment 780480÷329716~2,37 minutes per block. But as I recall, this Chinese community asked to make a halving, and if you consider that this is a potentially huge cluster of possible users, why not do it, instead, some users took a hostile position to reduce the reward for the block.
