Trump ruling period ends in Jan 2021 so until that he will be staying at the white House and
he has all the rules to change anything we wanted so nothing is sure for now because he clearly mentioned that he is not going to leave peacefully even if he lost in this election so there will be tensed moments for everyone until the ruling period ends.
No, he can't change the results for the election. Biden has been elected and he has to accept this bitter truth. He was over confident and he was hopeful the people will vote for him because of his polices and action during the covid-19 period, but everything runs against him. He also declared himself covid-19 affected just before the election to get sympathy votes but all these acts gone in vain.
