All claims must be processed through eatrader.. who has done an excellent job of ensuring that every claim is a true claim.
We need this process because, otherwise, other people will scam the Reimbursement fund (premine).. if anyone can just claim it... (could even be the original scammer). The rigorous claim process prevents that.
