Its not easy for USA to sidelined India right now they need because China is really big threat for them and only India can give them some better result about this all in this region so who is president in USA its never been big problem for them they always have good relationship and good trade partnership with India in long run historically India is ally of USA here in this region after end of cold war Biden's policy about CAA and NRC can change for their own sack because when he was against this all he was not in office and now he is next president so he can make many changes for their own benefit.
Joe Biden has good relationship with China compared to India so they can't really support India directly like what Trump did with India and China border issue. But in the recent times it is clear that India is completely against China so they won't be supportive to the government who support China.
