Don't get surprised or overwhelm so much that shotcoins will be listed as known exchanges because that was a miracle to happen if ever it does. Fees are widely increasing high and applied to all cryptos, saving fees is what we aim for but couldn't make way to run but have to sacrifice if we want to move our coins to another exchanges/personal wallet.

But if you talking about Probit Exchange, I urge you not to make any transactions with them. They are not prepared yet for trading and I think they are still close to any transfer.
