He just say it by word and not showing any proof so possibly OP is just creating an issue just to give a little doubt to the roobet users, and I see this as normal attacks from competitors since as I see roobet is so successful today.
Also If he have an issue on roobet why he doesn't contact the support? They are the one who can solve the issue and not the people here since for sure the one he gets are just speculation and unclear answer
Also this is for OP for transactions always use the recommended fee's and don't use low since expect your transaction to take more longer since both network is congested these days.
On the second post of the OP on this thread he posted a picture about the issues he was having so I doubt he was lying, but to me this seems as if he got very worked up for something that was not a real problem, the networks are very congested and he could not withdraw any of the money in the casino until all the deposits were confirmed, which to me as a policy makes sense.
However the OP has not been active since October 31 so it seems we are not going to know if the issue was ever resolved, but I suppose it did, otherwise he would have complained even further.
