Well, you can't ignore the Mourinho factor in Tottenham.

He knows very well how to play on the result. They play good under Pochettino, now with Bale, they have more options, plus experienced manager.
I am not sure whether Liverpool can withstand the loss of another key player like VVD. I think Mane's form is very important to them and if he's not good, it will reflect his results.
Both team Liv and ManCity currently have very poor defence and it will be hard to play against counterattack teams. there will be a lot of lost points.
Plenty of time till the end, people are too quick to decide. One single injury can change a lot and each international break can change a lot and now we have another one. So basically from my POV there are a lot of teams that have a chance this year as this year is anything but normal.
