If I am right, there is a warning in services about scams, the admin did put a caution there so that you are responsible for your actions. They can try to delete the advertisements of scams but they are only human and the scams are like hydra, they grow three everytime you cut one. Remember this as a lesson that Telegram is a scammers paradise and hopefully you won't get duped again.
