Can we say that his work has been done or is still a work in progress .

And will Bitcoin (satoshi dream or goal ) be fully accepted in the world as a means of payment?.
The work is in progress because bitcoin has not yet become globally, and it needs more time to introduce bitcoin to the public. The development and improvement of bitcoin grow from that time, and we are now seeing bitcoin slowly accepted in many countries. Bitcoin can become the investment and the payment method, but it will need more time for bitcoin to be used as the payment method.
And if we talk about when we really don't know and don't have the right time to see when will bitcoin be fully accepted because that will depend on each government to react about bitcoin. They control the regulations, and they need to learn more details about bitcoin before fully accepting bitcoin.
