Lots of books aren't settling till Jan (or even Feb). Paying out without settling losing tickets is not something most would even consider. Hopefully you don't have to pay the losers.

He most probably will, biden lead is shrinking and GA PA AZ went back to undecided and biden has 259 votes now, he will prolly lose others as the process unfolds.
