Coinbase is the best exchange.
Almost everyone said that changelly is a scam exchange.
Bittrex last year could not have a bitlicence in newyork.
Binance needs transparency , noone know where this exchange is realy based .
CEX!! I don't trust a single one. DEX is still the best crypto exchange I think. My trust in CEX has waned since the high number of hacking cases on their platforms.
Many DEXs currently have real liquidity and are not manipulated like most CEX. DEX is still the best in my opinion and irreplaceable.
