IMO, most of the coins from the "top 100 cryptos by market cap" that are sub 1$ have the potential (but it's not 100% guaranteed) to reach a high value and probabably new ATH if this price run in the market continues.

the reason why i say that is because most of the crypto newcomers and those looking to make some quick money off this new crypto bull run will look at sub 1$ coins as the new "get rich quick" kind of coins because they're so inexpensive and look like a "good invesment" that won't break the bank, so they'll buy and pump the price + btc will help the upward movement, just like 2017.

Check out Tron and Cardano, the former was like 0,045$ a couple months ago but it's currently half that price. Cardano is 0,1$, looks like a good alt for you price-wise.
