Thing is, @GazetaBitcoin stated in his post that he previously reported posts that were not following the format, and all those posts were deleted so far. That's why he assumed this was mistake, not deleting it even though it obviously doesn't follow the format.

I reported the post too, lets see what happens.

Imho, since Movie thread is in Off-Topic board which attracts  spammers, more elegant solution would be to open new self-moderated thread and then you can set strict rules and just remove all those not following them. It's the best way to keep thread under control and free from mindless spam.
