I confirmed from Taserz that my previous reply is accurate, for your S17 pro you should indeed use the S17 version.

You forgot to point out to him that it also violates the cgminer license.

You too are helping him violate the license.

Interesting to see people who really don't give a fuck about the time and effort others put into Bitcoin and just screw them over like you are doing.

AsicSeer - who is the biggest example of this and who may even provide the firmware used here, has today stated they are trying to take control of Bitcoin by deciding who is allowed to have transactions in the blockchain and patenting their way of doing this.
