Why the heck does things even need to be "sexually balanced"? Sectors like technology has always been male dominant whereas healthcare and education has mostly been female dominant. Is there anything wrong about it? No. Let people work on their interests regardless of gender dominance.
Some people are really fan on making issues even on the slightest one including gender on particular industries.It is really needed for Bitcoin to have more women?
I heavily agree on what you had said that there are industry which are heavily dominated by a certain gender which it isn't something unusual and people do get used to it.
Why would really mind that much if here on crypto world does have less women than men? It doesn't really limit or restrict out yet everyone can engage with it.
The difference here is that men are more risk takers than women this is why we do saw that men are dominant on this market but there
are still few women though.
