i deposited 0.1 btc, and played up to 0.16 btc playing blackjack 2 hours ago.

then 1 hour later its cancelled, with ticket saying my email address was wrong so its been placed on hold - change your email, email us and resubmit withdrawal

i changed it as asked, and sent an email from that same address and then i replied to the ticket as well
then i went in chat, and asked them to cancel my pending wd so i can resubmit

guy there, the admin with name K something, said my email i sent from was different than on my profile, like wtf no it isnt?
then i got a little angry and said i want my money youre holding it hostage
and 10 seconds later - logged out
banned - and banned by IP address too, i cant access the site unless with VPN.

what. the . fuck i though nitro had a good reputation?
