I agree with you, bitcoin raised up 50% only in few months during COVID pandemic and it proves it people found out they don't need cash to pay everything and they can use cryptocurrencies, thanks to PayPal now more people would find out and use bitcoin and it seems like USA election has helped it too, The only thing that bothers me in cryptocurrencies is too many scams and no consequences for the scammers, in that way it would be hard to bring trust to this when we hear every day thousands of dollars have been rubbed through scams.
In any field of activity where money is spinning, there will be scammers who will cheat people for money, I think this absolutely cannot be avoided.
