Casino isn't always wins, there are lot of people who successfully won from casino too, so it can't be called always, but often. People are trying their luck to multiply their money on casino, there is nothing wrong about that.

If that's the case that casino always win provably majority of the gamblers will avoid those site who gives them 0% chances to win. That's why provably fair has been introduced to make the gambler feels fair and play to try their luck to win. Also I see so many people win on casinos but those are short term wins only and if they will continue to play the ending might dismayed them since maybe they will lose all their winnings as well their capital also.
