I doubt if there will ever come a time when there will be no new tokens created or when people will stop investing in new coins/tokens. I agree that so many baseless coins have been created over time, a high percentage with the sole aim of making money with zero interest for investors or outright scam intentions. However, this doesn't mean there haven't been new projects with remarkable progress which made investors happy. Bottom line is to apply caution while investing in new projects, they will keep sprouting.
