Arbitrage trading is quite interesting because you make your profit almost instantly without having to wait for the market movement to go in your favour.

Adding to what others have said in regards to exchange having different price, it boils down to the trdaers on the exchange, the volumes plays a major role as it provide liquidity on the exchange and also gives room for this price difference to be created. On Binance, coins pumps quite easily compared to other exchange simply because the trading volumes are there.
