This address is genesis contract address. Where is already 10,000 genesis token.
When someone create a genesis wallet, this address shows under main wallet address.
I think those person use the contract address and don,t understand that this is not their main wallet address. It was their mistake and can't understand about this.
They both are not scammer and it was their mistake.
They think that the genesis contract address is their main address and use it on bounty.
