Not gonna conclude that Paypal's adoption to crypto would cause that much impact to the price of crypto.
We can somehow agree that 2017 is happening again, and we might be able to get past 20k in Bitcoin's climb to that last peak.
I agree one of the the replies below that back then we got ICOs scammers in 2017 and then now we got Defi and Uniswap as well.
Last year were also IEOs.
