I noticed the website portal is down on and off today but working fine once on.

It wasn't available when I wanted to place a bet on a game which started an a few minutes ago so tried the app while the website was not connecting but giving a cloudflare: host not connecting error on the page instead.
Able to place my bet just in time before the market closed.
So you might want to give that a try.
I made a post about it earlier in the week with the QR code you can scan directly to your android device to sign-in to and start using it.
