Regarding the removed/deleted inactive referrals, I'm wondering how if those deleted inactive referrals are coming back and start depositing then playing?
In efialtis case, will he get those referrals back and he get the commission?
if their account already got deleted/closed, how can they able to login & deposit again? They must be create new account and deposit then start playing again under efilatis reff link if they still want registered under efilatis's ref
Lets give an example, someone (lets say A) registered through efialtis ref link but he is not making any deposit since he created the account for months/or even more than a year.
His account is deleted by Bitsler because of the inactivity but after that this user "A" decided to come back and register a new account using the same IP address as what he used when he registered through efialtis ref link.
Since A is the same person with the same IP address, will efialtis get this user A as his referral automatically even if this user is not using efialtis ref link when he create the new account?
I ask this because I know that were are some affiliate program with something like IP tracking. So lets say you click a referral link that you found somewhere on the internet, but you do not create an account then after few months you come back on that site and create an account without the ref link as you clicked it long time ago.
In this case, the site with affiliate program that I'm talking about will get you under the one who spread the ref link that you clicked long time ago.
