Are you being serious? Bitcoin is improving in its use case on a daily basis. If you open a store and start accepting bitcoin, isn't that counted as the improvement of Bitcoin's use case? And this is happening lately. People are beginning to use Bitcoin in various ways. Besides, there are other ways in which Bitcoin's use case is improved. You may say that there's no additional use cases (Just making payments, and transferring money). But you can't say that Bitcoin doesn't Improve in its use cases.
