If Ethereum would conduct its ICO right now, I am afraid it will not earn as high approval, support, and funds it would have received if done on the very year it was launched. The ICO space is already polluted right now. It is now almost equated with scam. That was not the time when Ethereum was launched. It was a time when projects were purely made with vision and skills and dedication. Project were made with a development team that has knowledge on what they are doing.
