I would say 15 SATS before a sure buy-in (as I'm factoring supply increase vs demand, and also ATL has been 15 SATS), but even so,  this is still a good buy range regardless between 15-20 SATS for a potential 2-3x target price.

Wait 3 years, you are too patient which is very good in cryptocurrency trading. In fact, compared with a few months ago or a year ago, the price of DOGE through BTC is much lower, but the price through USD is still approximately, even higher.
