We need that vaccine now because we are afraid to go out with out vaccine our economy is shutting down we need that for bringing our country back to normal si we can pull back our economy
You can go out whenever you want as long as you will follow the protocol wear your mask and other stuff for you to not get the virus nor get others to sick, Economy will never shutting down why? Because every country can re-open again and go back into their business, Which required to have swab testing if you want to visit some places like tourist spot, I feel sorry for our situation right now but everything will be back to normal once vaccine is already done.
The Covid-19 vaccine is just one medium to control the spread of the virus and takes time for stop the spread completely. We can expect the world economy will begin to recover by the end of 2021 and begin to normalize in 2022.
