Our governments and scientist are pushing so hard to make or create a vaccine that will end our suffering to this virus. I'm glad that some countries are already developing and testing it so that it can be used by the people to eliminate fear and anxiety. So, the conspiracy theory that you are talking is less likely to happen due to the fact that this crisis will not last longer than 2 years. Inflation are happening right now and it is not that worst and governments are handling those things properly. I just can't understand why people are so overacted by this pandemic, just be careful and follow the safety precautions and believe that this pandemic will end as soon as possible.
