@Husna QA, I've done it using the same method created by @mdayonliner. It's pretty easy to import the public key but I doubt there is something wrong since the public key you've given is different which is
ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography). I am not sure though, I think reviewing additional resoures would be much better to understand. But anyways, here's my encrypted message.
