How to mine on Win ?
CPU ? GPU ? I hope no ASIC here ?

Circcash is CPU mined currently. It will change as the hashrate goes up.
Level 1: Competitive CPU mining (several people are mining Circcash at the same time).
Level 2: GPU mining.
Level 3: FPGA mining.
Level 4: ASIC mining.
Where to get mining software or it's built in wallet ?

Mining software is built into wallet. Instructions are at the end of the installation guide:
