Why don't you and other member just reply on here? At least we know whether the problem has been solved or not. No need to make OP waiting longer for his withdrawal which "only" around 0.001+ btc according his story
I think the main reason is that I can't bring the whole of my team to Bitcointalk, but they all can check our email in a few minutes and reply.
And another reason, I don't think any company likes to shows their pants in public.
