Supporting the flag now although it's kinda useless since the account was newbie but I understand your point about this since the user is hijacking your serious thread with a troll/false accusation. This screenshot should be put on the OP so that everyone can see this proof as soon as they read your thread.
Try to use report to moderator button on all of his harassment post. I'm sure that it will be deleted by the mods.
