~ and made me think about which will be the course of bitcoin if senators and other politicians talks about them?
It doesn't matter, he/she/they can't fight banks

If anything is to come out from their "talks", that is tighter AML/KYC policies on exchanges and other financial institutions dealing with bitcoin, more regulations and probably more taxes on bitcoiners or crypto enthusiasts in general.
Don't keep your hopes up but do note that institutional investors might like all that ^ and might buy more
BTC. To them, regulations means protection.
I think the same, to me it doesn't exist any kind of difference for those that are in favour of bitcoin and those that are against it because they will end up passing the very same kind of laws, the politician that is against bitcoin wants it banned but realizing that is impossible they will opt out for heavy regulation, while the politician that says that is in favour of bitcoin wants heavy regulation anyway because in their mind this will increase the speed in which bitcoin is adopted, so as you can see there is no difference between them.
