I think this is not the alt seasons because of the price of bitcoin currently is soaring high in the market. We cannot tell when it will happen since the market for alts were declined. But, I think there is the time for alts to increse the market, because these days btc has the highest dominance that makes alts in red marks.
Most people expect that once bitcoin's market value is soaring high, next to it is the rising of altcoins. But this time, it's hard to tell if altcoins will also make a significant surge with this year 2020. I can see that altcoins season will be visible the following year particularly those top ten potential altcoins but for those who are shitcoins, they will only end up dead.
