OP, the only option for you at this point is to use cash and to find an ATM that has no KYC requirements, in other way there is no way for you to get bitcoins without anybody to know a thing about you.
There are more ways to transfer fiat anonymously to a third party so you can buy bitcoin from them. Cash can be sent through the mail, or can be dropped off at an agreed location. Some countries allow you to walk in to a bank and deposit cash to someone else's account. Some countries all you to send money orders anonymously to other people.
