It's good that politicians are openly recognizing bitcoin and showing their advocacy for it, but I'm not sure this is enough to make much of a change for the inevitable regulations that are upcoming.  I do think it can help make a healthier market since if our world leaders accept bitcoin then then "average" every day Joe will tend to feel more comfortable about owning it.

Bitcoin engaging with politics is really a good adoption as politicians are good at making effective campaigns to the people.

If a politician is using bitcoin for its popularity then it is really a good sign that people are more familiar with how bitcoin can help the economy and the community grow. Hopefully, there's someone who is already brave in engaging in bitcoin which is a pro-bitcoin that support and promote its importance and advantages to the mass.

If someone idolized that politician then maybe he/she will adapt his mindset towards cryptocurrency investments.

Well hopefully that these senator really have a heart for a bitcoin. This was a good impact to the crypto world if there was a certain people who are in a government position open and willing to lift up this issue to the nation. Considering bitcoin to become part of their growing economy was a good idea to push through since bitcoin nowadays were become a good investment and the mere fact that bitcoin continue to get a high market value was amazingly attractive.
