The population of Wyoming is only a little over 570,000 as per 2019. It's not a rich state either. So I don't know what positively OP is getting by this news! It's definitely great to have someone in power who has favorable understanding of cryptocurrency because it increases the chance of aoption. But given the fact that Wyoming has a low population density and less per capita income compared to many other state of US, I don't think it will be something impactful that will cheer us up!
Even though it doesn't have a big impact, at least this will be new progress for the country. and its alignments with cryptocurrencies are increasing its volume. considering that many countries are still not fully pro against crypto. this could become a pilot country arena for other countries around America.
