I think the main thing is that people are now starting to receive their withdrawals which is a good thing. Yes I can understand the frustration of waiting a long time but the team needed to check all bets and accounts for security risks which they have now done so hopefully now these long delays won't happen again.
I think the team just failed on informing their players about their problems they are resolving from their end. But all is well now and hopefully they will be more active in addressing the community. Because good communication is one way to attract players.
