well now the btc is 15200 am I out? should I buy it back at current rates? or are we excepting down movement anytime soon?

You are quite wrong to have sold a lot of bitcoins, the fact that has been going on for the past few weeks says it all. There was a lot of forecasts for prices to rise sharply by year's end on this forum, and that was true.
