How long they said they will check your account? Or your account just suddenly got closed and your withdrawal still pending? Because i didn't see they update anything in the last 2 months

my account was simply blocked approx. 10 minutes after I requested a withdrawal. I immediatelly wrote to Support chat on the site. They promised to double check my account and to answer by email. No answer yet, of course:
