Yes, my account was simply blocked approx. 10 minutes after I requested a withdrawal. I immediatelly wrote to Support chat on the site. They promised to double check my account and to answer by email. No answer yet, of course:

The main reason why you get blocked was: that our system thinks the account who sent you money and your account is the same person. As duplicate accounts are not allowed in our casino (it's normal practice everywhere). Your account has been blocked.
