Don't players who live in a country where online gambling is not allowed, and are banned under a site's terms and conditions, know that these kinds of problems can arise?
That also seems to me to be my own responsibility. If you're in a place where you're not allowed to gamble online, you shouldn't do it either.
A VPN would not help with that if they ask you to verify yourself.
