This is funny case of multi-accounting, account Bila0 sent negative and account Bilugi positive feedback to BM:
Anyway, account Bilugi is banned so I have to guess that they re-applied with new account, technically it is not cheating because they use only 1 account, right? Instead of blacklisting them, I should suggest you to report them to moderator for ban evasion but I probably won't because your college Vispilio will attack me and say that this is which hunt then.
As for other 2 accounts, they are both banned, so what's the point of this?
