You can have a pretty good explanation for why saying "win" and not "earn" and that would be alright with you, however I feel like people who join the website may not really agree with you as well, you can "defend" yourself with however way you see fit but that will not stop people from saying "I am not making 200 dollars per hour here!!" or something like that.

I agree with you on this topic, however I also know people and I believe George Carlin said it best "think of how stupid an average person is, half of them are even more stupid than that" and that stuck with me, so I think there are tons of idiots out there who would imagine making 200 dollars per hour is possible and they will get rich suddenly using freebitco.in and when they don't they will blame you for false advertising .
