You *should" be able to send when the timer is at zero, however I always recommend people refresh the page until the status changes to "Ponzi has been reset". Just to avoid people shouting at me
maybee you should make a random time (60-180 seconds) between end of a round and start of a new round..
also put the new start time of the round on the site, now with the received time in the historylist, everybody can check it by himself
