No, this is not true cause every crypto exchange have problem at some point.
Binance well... They should work with their down time problems.
What problem are relating to because Binance was the perfect example for all crypto exchange site.
So kraken should teach others how to build good exchangers!!
I guess you are not aware that Kraken have been attack by hackers. But, I wonder the characteristics you used to judge or select the exchange sites cause if it is because of the SPDI bank required by Kraken then your decision wasnt right and the last time i checked Binance seems to be the most useful exchange site which was the reason why Binance gained more users than every others exchange.
