Why would IEO need to return when it isn't gone yet?
It's gone. 100% IMO.. there are some ICO now but they sure will not succeed, if there's some project to succeed, it should be coming from IEO, now ICO.
90% of new projects since 2018 used IEO crowdfunding, this year alone many projects used binance IEO launchpad to raise funds and no single one failed, take it or leave it IEO beats ICO marginally, I missed the ICO success of 2017 but that's gone already and its never coming back, few new projects still use ICO because they have the full confidence of raising funds due to the quality of their projects
The success of ICO in 2017 brings more failures to most investors, let's do the math, if only 10% of the ICO are legit, the 90% are scams and there are a lot of hype during 2017 and early 2018, which means people have invested heavily on altcoins and ICOs.
