I believe that MyCryptoMixer will do everything in its power to prevent such situations from occurring again, and I hope that they will not lose the confidence of users in their service.

If I can notice just one thing, it would be much more helpful for MyCryptoMixer to respond to situations like this as soon as possible. Nowadays, with multiple instant notification options, I think it's quite realistic to expect a customer service response in less than 24 hours in critical situations. I realize that MyCryptoMixer is a relatively small provider, but people get anxious very quickly when their money is at stake.
