Sharing here an answer that BambooDefi CEO shared on ANN thread
Regarding the copy of significant part of WP from Crypto.com as ,CEO of Nexxyo Labs (BambooDeFi) is totally my fault. We share a lot of features and although it is modified with the things that differentiate us, I didn't think about the possible consequences of using some parts of crypto.com as a base, because many things are shared among many DeFi projects.
So because they share a lot of features, they decided that is OK to share whitepaper too. Another excuse that we heard so many times before. I wanna share on more proof of their laziness level; they even copied countries restriction from Crypto.com. What are the chances of that happening, that two projects have exactly the same list of countries restricted? You can check, exactly the same 33 countries on both whitepapers.

Since I believe that Bamboodefi team is dishonest and grossly incompetent, I think that everyone who invests will probably loose the money, therefore raising the flag. Please support.

Considering everything, I don't see how they could continue with signature campaign or to put it better, why would anyone that cares about his own reputation wear their signature and promote them?

With respect to the countries, they are exactly the same, because they are the ones that the European laws oblige us to not sale.
As I have already said, the failure regarding the WP has been entirely mine, using Crypto.com as a base.
Regarding the pre-sale made via bank account, we can make it this way, as long as we do not reach more than 150 investors per country (the pre-sale has been sold mainly in Spain) and as long as we do not aspire to collect more than 5M Euros, these two rules are imposed by the CNMV.
I am here, to try to solve it.
