Yes they decide to void this winner bet and also they void others lost bets from this morning too. I want my winners bets settled as win and my lost bets settled as a lose!
Obviously there is some reason for this. Cause they have voided both your winning and losing bets. As you said they have voided bets from this morning. Maybe AceDBets having some technical problems. And their FAQ page says this about
Bet SettlementIf the market remains open when the events have already taken place, we reserve the right to void betting. also if the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation. If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to void any betting.
User complaining here about the withdrawal delays since four weeks, this bookmaker don't have license, no active & trusted support/admin in this forum. Now I'm wondering why you still prefer to bet there!
